De les zal altijd gezamenlijk\u00a0 worden begonnen en ge\u00ebindigd met de groetceremonie.<\/p>\n<p>Daarna zal de warming-up plaatsvinden. De warming-up is bedoeld om de spieren op te warmen en leniger te maken. Wanneer men geen warming-up doet, is de kans op blessures vele malen groter.
